DURING WASHING WE USE 6 STAGES:
1. Removal of insoluble dirt
the only sensible way to remove insoluble dirt is dry vacuuming, which should be both part of the daily care of the floor covering and the obligatory pre-cleaning procedure, regardless of the method used.
2. Material test
is to recognize the type of fiber and check its stability. At this stage, the appropriate working technique, types of cleaning agents and their concentration are selected
3. Stain
we use dedicated stain removers to remove particularly difficult impurities. At this stage, we also remove chewing gums, wax, plasticine, dried food remnants and the like.
4. Dissolution of dirt
after dry removal of insoluble dirt, dissolve any dirt left on the floor covering. The term "dissolution of dirt" is used colloquially and, depending on the type of dirt, means separating dirt from fiber. This initial stage, which is the dissolution of dirt, determines the effectiveness of cleaning, and at the same time is the most neglected. The purpose of dissolving dirt is to separate it from the liner fiber. Four factors influence the dirt dissolution efficiency: chemical action, temperature, mechanical action and time.
5. Chemical rubbing (prespray)
mechanical action is important so that the chemistry reaches the place on the liner evenly and helps to separate dirt from the fiber.
6. Dirt removal
after dissolving dirt, we remove it using the extraction method. Dirt is washed out of the liner with an extractor, i.e. a spray and suction device. This method ensures the best removal of dirt and possible residues of unwanted chemicals.
